The Challenge: Thyme Savour Catering had mastered the art of sustainable fine dining and built a reputation for beautifully crafted, locally sourced menus. However, their ability to communicate that visual and culinary excellence through digital channels was falling short. Their in-house team could capture striking photos of their dishes, but lacked the time and resources to turn that content into strategic, scalable campaigns. While they had long used Instagram to connect with their audience, engagement had stagnated, and inquiries weren’t translating into the kind of growth they were aiming for.

At the same time, we refined their brand messaging to speak more directly to eco-conscious patrons and positioned their service as both luxurious and ethical. The Results: The campaign led to a 36% increase in bookings within two months and a 52% improvement in engagement rate across social platforms. Instagram follower growth increased by 18%, and more than 75% of inquiries during the campaign mentioned finding the brand through social content. Thyme Savour has since continued working with Blue Carbon Creative on seasonal launches and new service rollouts.
